Join us for a Virtual Session featuring Brian Brackeen, who will share his perspective on over mentored and under invested founders...how to help black companies from a black founder turned investor, and share his view on the opportunities that he has seen.

 

Brian Brackeen is an entrepreneur turned investor. He is the General Partner of Lightship Capital, a Cincinnati-based venture capital fund. Brian is responsible for fund operations, entrepreneurial training, and leadership of the AI team.

 

Lightship Capital is a venture capital fund that is driving innovation and investment in the Midwest and South. We leverage corporate partners, executive advisors, and organizations from our region to build sustainable local ecosystems. We invest in underrepresented founders working in the areas of healthcare, consumer products and services, e-commerce, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. Lightship Capital announced a $50 MM fund last week.
