Customer experience in the age of AI: An Interactive Discussion

Tuesday, April 26, 2022
5:00 - 6:00 PM
VIRTUAL

David Edelman, HBS '86, former CMO at Aetna, and now an Executive Advisor, Board Member, and Faculty member at Harvard Business School, will share his views on Customer Experience in the Age of AI, drawing on his recently published HBR article of that title (Feb/March 2022).

The power that AI brings to personalization, customer journey management, and to the functionality consumers can take now use, such as advanced Search, will become standard expectations, forcing brands to compete on their data capabilities. David will share examples of new technologies and how they are already changing experience design, frameworks to use in thinking about this could affect your own company, and scenarios to consider for future planning. He'll bring highlights from his latest article in Harvard Business Review, and his previous ones: Competing on Customer Journeys, (2015) and Branding in the Digital Age (2010).

Given HBS' emphasis on the case method, he'll be sure to make this a highly interactive discussion.
