Join the HBS Club of South Florida to hear the latest practices and science to thrive in your work and your life.

At a time when a majority of employees are unhappy at work; stressed about money, work, family and health; and when one of the questions most asked on Google is, “Why am I always tired?,” you are not alone in asking yourself, “What do I need to do to thrive in my life?” Today, science is showing us that we can train our brains and transform our lives and organizations so we are living purposefully and in a thriving state of wellness and productivity.

Kathy holds an MP from Harvard University Kennedy School, and has undertaken several executive programs at Harvard Business School.
