Annette Franqui is one of the founding partners of Forrestal Capital, a business and financial advisor formed in 2003 to address the needs of the selling shareholders of Panamco, a Coca Cola bottler operating in Latin America. Ms. Franqui was the Chief Financial Officer for Panamco, from April 2001 until its sale.  In 2007, Forrestal Capital advised one of its clients in the acquisition of Mc Donald's operations in all of Latin America and the Caribbean. This Company recently completed a NYSE public listing under the symbol ARCO. Ms. Franqui has 26 years' experience in the financial industry, initiating her career in 1986 in the Latin America Mergers and Acquisitions department of J.P Morgan. In 1989, Ms. Franqui joined Goldman Sachs' Corporate Finance department in London and became one of the founding members of the Spanish investment banking team. In 1994, Ms. Franqui re-joined JP Morgan in New York as the senior Latin American Food and Beverage Equity Analyst. She was an Institutional Investor ranked analyst in this sector for a number of years. In 1998, Ms. Franqui was named Managing Director and Head of the Latin America Research Department at J.P. Morgan, acquiring responsibility for the sales and trading areas the following year. Ms. Franqui holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is also a CFA charterholder. Ms. Franqui is a Board Member of Arcos Dorados, BVI. Arcos Dorados is the Direct Licensee ("DL") of Mc Donald's Corporation operating within 20 countries throughout Latin America. She is also a Board Member of Wireless Werx International.
 
Patricia Menendez-Cambo serves as the Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Global Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Global Energy & Infrastructure Practice, and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to assuming the leadership of the firm's Global Practice Group, she headed the firm's Latin American Practice. Patricia works on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, as well as capital markets and general corporate and securities law matters. Although she represents clients from around the world, her primary focus is in Europe with an emphasis in Spain and Latin American transactions. Patricia previously served as Subdirectora General for Telefónica S.A. and General Counsel to a number of their subsidiaries and affiliates, assisting them in relation to their global expansion. During her tenure as in-house counsel, she also served as a Director for a number of entities within the Telefónica Group throughout Latin America, Europe and Asia. Patricia holds a J.D from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.B.A, Economics from the University of Miami.
 
Michel Deschapelles, is a Consultant in the Miami office of Egon Zehnder International since 2007.  He has specialized in senior level recruitments across the technology sector and within the human resources function.  In addition to his day to day responsibilities, Michel co-leads our US Diversity Council. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Michel had a distinguished 10 year career at Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent) where he held several roles including President of Lucent Central America, Venezuela, and Caribbean.  He also held global roles as the Director of New Business Development and Sales for Lucent’s Worldwide Services organization. Prior to joining Lucent, Michel served as the operations officer for the Republic National Bank of New York in Miami (now HSBC).  There he was responsible for all aspects of information technology. Michel began his professional career on Wall Street in New York City as a financial analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston Limited. Michel received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He also holds an MS from University of Miami in Computer Information Systems and Telecommunication Management as well as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tufts University. 
 
Laura I. Maydón is a Sr. Business Leader, Commercial Solutions, for Visa in Latin America. Her main responsibilities include the management of payment solutions for large and middle companies and the development, launch and expansion of products in Vertical Markets in the region. Prior to this role, Laura was Business Development Leader responsible for identifying, negotiating and structuring new business opportunities and alliances as well as monitoring strategic investments. Laura has been with Visa since 2003.  Laura has more than 15 years of experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in various industries in Latin America. Prior to Visa, Laura was Head of Investor Relations and a Senior Financial Analyst doing Mergers and Acquisitions for Panamco, a Coca-Cola bottling company sold to FEMSA. Laura worked as an Associate for Banc of America Equity Partners in Chicago, a Latin-American private equity fund and Protego Investments Associates, an investment bank in Mexico City. Laura holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from I.T.A.M. in Mexico City where she graduated with honors. Laura is a Member of the HBS Alumni Board and was appointed to serve as Vice President at the Board’s Executive Committee. As a Board Member of the HBS Club of South Florida Foundation, she has lead the effort to raise funds for scholarships for non-profit leaders to attend an executive program in HBS for the past 8 years.

Jacqueline McCook serves as the CEO of The McCook Group, where she advises clients in strategy, marketing, branding, innovation and execution.  Jacqueline has extensive US and international experience in the consumer foods and restaurant businesses.  Jacqueline has spent considerable time working in Latin America to introduce US brands into the markets, as well as bringing Latin American brands to the US and other international markets.  Jacqueline was formerly the Chief Growth Officer & Executive Vice President of International at ConAgra Foods, responsible for company-wide strategy and marketing as well as the international operations.  Prior to ConAgra, Jacqueline was with Burger King as the Senior Vice President Worldwide Strategy & Branding, and has held leadership positions at Taco Bell, PepsiCo Restaurants International (YUM Brands) and Avon Products. Jacqueline started her career in investment banking and finance at Morgan Stanley and Target Corporation, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.  Jacqueline earned her B.A.in International Relations from Stanford University and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
