Professor Brenner will be tantalizing us with aspects of one of Harvard’s most popular courses, "Science and Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to the Science of Soft Matter", which explores how everyday cooking and haute cuisine can illuminate basic principles in chemistry, physics, and engineering.
