Speaker Bios:

  • Kobi Karp is the Founder and Principal of Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Inc (KKAID), founded in 1996. Kobi Karp is a recognized member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and his firm was most recently honored as Firm of The Year for his multitude of award-winning designs and buildings. Mr. Karp is a licensed Professional Architect in 15 states and in Abu Dhabi (UAE). His firm has been featured in renowned national and local publications based on their major contributions in the preservation of historical areas.
  • Ralph Choeff, founding principal, is a graduate of Pratt Institute. He is the founding partner in the firm of Choeff Levy Fischman PA and has won several design awards and his work has been published many times both nationally and internationally. His projects include hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family developments, and he is best known for his custom Tropical Modern residential projects. His most recognized hotel projects include the Mondrian South Beach, and residences that have been published in such magazines as Architectural Digest, Architecture Magazine, Florida Design Magazine, The New York Times, The New York Post, Robb Report and HGTV.
  • Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny (Bill & Bryan Team) have placed a concentrated emphasis on the finest waterfront homes and developments throughout Miami's barrier islands.
