Join the Harvard Club of Miami for a hands-on culinary celebration inspired by the flavors and romance of Paris. In this immersive cooking experience, participants will work together to prepare a classic Parisian menu, beginning with salmon gently baked en papillote with fragrant fennel and fresh dill, accompanied by crisp herb-roasted potatoes.
The evening concludes with a sweet and dramatic finale of delicate crêpes infused with orange and finished with a touch of flame. Guided by expert instruction in a welcoming and social setting, this experience is designed for all skill levels and offers the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow alumni while learning new culinary techniques. Guests are welcome to bring one bottle of wine or one six-pack of beer per pair of attendees.
Expect an evening of fresh flavors, shared laughter, and a little culinary magic — whether you come with a partner, a friend, or simply your love of great food and the Harvard community.

What To Expect: In the class you'll work together in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
